Dear Unicon 19 Participants,

We have now posted our first online sign-ups for volunteering! You can sign up for shifts here: https://sites.google.com/view/uniconvolunteering/volunteer-sign-ups

There are several important things you should know:
We hope everyone will volunteer at least once. If you do not sign up online, we will stop you at Registration to ask when you can help. Sorry to inconvenience you, but we do this to keep Unicon19 as cheap as possible!
You do not need to speak good English! We will find a translator and help you be a part of Unicon19. ^^
The online sign-ups are just for the events that require lots of volunteers. There are many more options to help! Just stop by the Information Point at Unicon19 to see what events still need help.

Liebe Unicon19-Teilnehmer,

die Online-Anmeldungen für freiwillige Helfer ist online! Hier könnt ihr euch für Schichten eintragen: https://sites.google.com/view/uniconvolunteering/volunteer-sign-ups

Wichtige Infos:
Wir hoffen, und zählen darauf, dass jeder Teilnehmer sich mindestens einmal zum Helfen einträgt. Solltest du dich bei der Registrierung online noch nicht eingetragen haben, werden wir dich dort noch einmal bitten, es zu tun. Es tut uns leid, falls das etwas aufdringlich ist, aber nur mit eurer Hilfe ist es möglich, die Unicon19 so günstig zu halten, wie sie ist.
Du musst nicht unbedingt fließend Englisch sprechen – wir werden vor Ort einen Übersetzer für dich finden, damit du Teil der Unicon werden kannst. ^^
Die Online-Anmeldung ist nur für Wettbewerbe und Programmpunkte, bei denen sehr viele Helfer gebraucht werden. Es gibt noch viele andere Möglichkeiten, um zu helfen. Während der Unicon19 kannst du jederzeit am Information Point fragen, wo noch Hilfe benötigt wird.

Nous venons de mettre en ligne nos premiers postes de bénévoles ! Vous pouvez vous inscrire ici : https://sites.google.com/view/uniconvolunteering/volunteer-sign-ups

Il y a plusieurs choses à savoir :
Nous espérons que chacun·e sera bénévole au moins une fois. Si vous ne vous inscrivez pas en ligne, nous vous demanderons au moment de l’inscription quand vous seriez disponible pour aider. Nous sommes désolés de vous déranger avec cela, mais nous le faisons pour réduire au maximum le coût de l’Unicon19 !
Vous n’avez pas besoin de bien parler Anglais ! Nous trouverons quelqu’un pour traduire et vous aider à jouer votre rôle au sein de l’Unicon19. ^^
Les inscriptions en ligne ne sont que pour les épreuves qui nécessitent un grand nombre de bénévoles. Il y a beaucoup d’autres de possibilités d’aider ! Passez faire un tour au Point Info de l’Unicon19 pour savoir où vous pouvez aider.

Rules:
3-10 minutes long
Supported formats: .mov; .mpeg4; .mp4; .avi; .wmv; .hevc (h265)
Video made/published in the last 12 months
You own the rights to it or have permission from the rights owner
Submitter has to be an attendee at Unicon19
You agree to allow various social media subsidiaries of Unicon to reproduce it for voting purposes and/or promotional purposes for future Unicons
Submission:
Please upload your video to YouTube but keep it private and send us your link with
Your name and country
How to credit you (e.g @yourNick, instagram)
Contact information (Telephone or email)
Please have a backup copy of your video on a usb-ready device so we can load it up onsite if necessary. Include a text file on your device with:

Link to their original upload if any
USBs are to be handed to the registration booth by 4 Aug 6pm. They can be picked by 8 Aug.

Judging criteria:

75% on a panel that decides based on criteria of
